Program description

If your call to Black Pine Lab goes unanswered and you agree during the call by pressing 1 or saying “yes”, the program sends one initial conversational text with a link to book a time or an invitation to reply with how we can help. Marketing or promotional texts are not planned for this program.

Message frequency

One initial follow-up text per missed call after consent, plus conversational replies and opt-out, help, or re-subscription confirmations. Message frequency varies with your interaction.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Toll-free opt-out blocking and confirmation are carrier-managed. No further program texts will be sent while that block is active. Text START or UNSTOP to this number to lift a previous opt-out block. Calling again or giving verbal consent does not itself remove that block.
